In case you haven't noticed yet, she's going through a psychotic mental crisis and doesn't want to take medications, so please be aware, don't give her money and don't support her ideas, e.g. to fly to another country or whatever.
Her parents are taking care of her, as much as it's possible in these circumstances, I don't think she needs help from anyone else now.
